Really great practice with some of the kindest most empathetic doctors I’ve seen. Occasionally long wait times but usually because the doctors are working overtime to give everyone a full, detailed appointment. Prepare to wait but know it’s worth it :)

Clean, well organised and run clinic. Such a rarity these days, but a relief to have access to great healthcare. Special mention to Dr Michael Chong, Dr Rimi Roper and all of the lovely reception staff. Also lovely to read the amazing history of this place in the waiting room, and it’s evident current owners continue to honour that.

My usual GP had moved, and I needed to source out another one and I know finding a good one can be hard. I decided to give Dr Nick Gilbert a go and was thoroughly impressed. Genuinely cared, listened and I wasn’t rushed. So grateful to have found him. The first consult price is high but it’s worth it for such great service.

Leaving a review as it’s quite disappointing to see the negative ones. We moved to GP on Beaufort when I had my son in May 2024 as we needed a close by Dr. Between the check-ups, vaccines, and some winter sickness I feel we’ve been there every few weeks. Everyone in the practice has been fantastic - nicest receptionists I’ve ever come across at a GP, the nurses giving the vaccines go above and beyond to make bubs experience as nice as possible, and every Dr we’ve seen has been fantastic. We’ve never had to wait very long to go in or for our appointments though having said that in general GPs aren’t often on time due to short appointment slots and patients taking longer. If you are considering going to this practice I would highly recommend, honestly. I’ve actually been shocked with how fantastic a GP clinic could be.

I have been seeing Dr Genevieve Hankey for the past 12 months and she is just absolutely brilliant. She takes the time to listen and her advice is so helpful and I always walk away feeling well heard. I am able to make informed decisions as her advice is so thorough. Thank you again Dr Hankey and also to the receptionists who are always very kind.

As many have mentioned, moving and finding a new Doctor can be challenging as its such a personal thing. After considering the nearby options i decided to try GP on Beaufort and booked with Dr Gilbert - what a great decision that was! The friendly reception staff and great atmosphere of the building was a very calming introduction. Dr Gilbert was very attentive, showed genuine interest did not rush me and was extremely thorough. Immediately i knew i had found my new Doctor and practice.

The practice is a little bit more pricey than other gp clinics however their level of service and quality speaks up for it ! I was looking for a good gp for many years and really couldn’t find a decent doctor who was not just a great doctor but kind and supportive to patients too ! Until, I found Dr Tinika Sivertsen, she is absolutely amazing, she listens so carefully and takes a genuine initiative to help her patients, Dr Sivertsen really understands her patients, makes them feel heard and so comfortable ! The reception staff is amazing too ! So grateful to be a patient of Dr Sivertsen, thank you ! ❤️❤️

I came to Dr Pervan with really bad back pain and he responded quickly, getting me straight in for an MRI and being incredibly thorough with the whole investigation. He then worked hard to get me into a pain specialist, following up and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Nothing was too much trouble for him or his team. You genuinely feel like you are being cared for at this practice, not just processed. Dr Pervan is the best doctor I have ever had.

I've been a patient at GP on Beaufort for more than 20 years and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Dr Goran Pervan and his team have provided me with exceptional care across every aspect of my health. The practice itself is beautiful, housed in a heritage building that Dr Pervan lovingly restored, and the team of doctors and support staff are first rate. From reception through to consultation, every visit is professional, warm and thorough. If you are looking for a GP practice that genuinely puts patients first, this is it. Five stars without hesitation.
